Ingredients 🛒

- Jasmine rice250 g
- Chicken stock (or vegetable stock)500ml
- Ginger, grated1 tbsp
- Garlic, finely chopped2 cloves
- White vinegar1 tsp
- Spring onion, thinly chopped3
- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- SaltTo taste
- PepperTo taste
Method ⏲️
Tasty rice simmered in tasty broth until every spoonful tastes like it’s healing something inside.
Step 1: Make Your Broth
In a saucepan, add 500 ml of chicken or vegetable stock. Whisk in 1 tbsp ginger, 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic, 1 tsp white vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 5 minutes. You have the option here to cook up your favourite protein.
Step 2: Heat Up Your Rice
While broth is simmering, cook your jasmine rice according to packet instructions.
Step 3: And Serve
Grab your favourite soup bowl, serve your rice and top it with the broth. Sprinkle chopped spring onion and enjoy your hug in a bowl.
