Method ⏲️
Mouth-watering garlic bread with a spiced-up protein twist. Buttery, garlicky, tandoori chicken all baked into one pull-apart snack that’s trending for a reason.
Step 1: Prep The Bread
Slice the rustic baguette or Turkish pide in half lengthways. This is your garlic bread canvas.
Step 2: Mix The Spread
In a bowl, stir together 50 g softened butter and 2 crushed garlic cloves. Spread generously over the cut sides of the baguette.
Step 3: Preheat & Prep Chicken
Preheat your oven to 180 °C. Then dice 300 g of chicken breast into small even pieces.
Step 4: Cook Chicken
Heat a fry pan with a drizzle of olive oil and fry the diced chicken breast until sealed. Then add the whole jar of butter chicken simmer sauce. Simmer on a gentle heat for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 5: Load It Up
Layer the cooked chicken over your garlicky bread, then top with 150 g shredded mozzarella for a cheesy top layer.
Step 6: Bake & Serve
Bake at 180 °C for 12–15 minutes, until the edges are crisp and the cheese is melted golden. Slice, pull apart, and dunk in Sriracha Mayonnaise Sauce for the ultimate finish.
