Method ⏲️
Mouth-watering garlic bread with a spiced-up protein twist. Buttery, garlicky, tandoori chicken all baked into one pull-apart snack that’s trending for a reason.
Step 1: Prep The Bread
Slice the rustic baguette in half lengthways. This is your garlic bread canvas.
Step 2: Mix The Spread
In a bowl, stir together 50 g softened butter, 2 crushed garlic cloves, and 1 tbsp butter chicken paste (reserve the remaining paste for the chicken). Spread generously over the cut sides of the baguette.
Step 3: Coat & Cook Chicken
Preheat your oven to 180 °C. Then coat 300 g chicken breast with the remaining 2 tbsp butter chicken paste. Heat a fry pan with a drizzle of olive oil and sizzle the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through and bursting with flavour. Slice or shred once cool.
Step 4: Load It Up
Scatter the cooked chicken over your garlicky bread, then top with 150 g shredded mozzarella for a cheesy top layer.
Step 5: Bake & Serve
Bake at 180 °C for 12–15 minutes, until the edges are crisp and the cheese is melted golden. Slice, pull apart, and dunk in sriracha mayonnaise sauce for the ultimate finish.
