Say hello to the new dish on your weekly dinner rotation.
Step 1: Prep Leaves
Blanch cabbage leaves in boiling water 1–2 minutes; drain and pat dry. Set aside.
Step 2: Cook Your Filling
Dice ½ an onion, 1 carrot & 40 g mushrooms, place them into a frying pan along with 150 g of turkey mince. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tbsp ginger, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, and some chili flakes. Cook on medium heat until cooked through.
Step 3: Roll It Up
Place 1–2 tbsp of mince filling on each leaf; fold and roll to resemble a dumpling. Make sure all sides are tucked in!
Step 4: Fry & Serve
Once rolled, place back in frying pan and fry each dumpling for a few minutes on each side to give them a nice crispy coating. Once seared, they’re ready to be served - try dipping them into soy sauce with a sprinkle of chilli flakes for an extra kick!
