  • Cream cheese100 g
  • Apple, thinly sliced 1 apple
  • Peanut butter 1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar1 tbsp
  • Egg, beaten 1 egg
  • Milk¼ cup
  • Caramel sauce & ice cream for serving Optional

Method ⏲️

Sweet, decadent apple filling wrapped in golden pastry. Every bite has an irresistible mix of warm, sweet fruit and crispy edges.

Step 1: Make Your Egg Wash

Preheat your oven to 200°C. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 egg with ¼ cup of milk to make an egg wash.

Step 2: Layer Your Filling

Cut your puff pastry sheet into 6 rectangles and place them onto a lined baking tray. Spread 2 tsp of cream cheese onto each rectangle, then top with 3–4 thin apple slices, ½ tbsp peanut butter, and a sprinkle of 1 tsp brown sugar.

Step 3: Roll & Seal

Roll each rectangle from the short side, press the seam to seal, then fold in the ends. Readjust your roll so it's seam-side down.

Step 4: Egg Wash & Bake

Brush the rolls with your egg wash for that glossy, golden finish. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until puffed and deep golden.

Step 5: Dust & Enjoy!

Let rolls cool for a minute, then dust with powdered sugar, drizzle with caramel sauce and serve with ice cream.
