Method ⏲️
Veggies never looked so good. Crispy roasted broccoli meets smooth, earthy beetroot hommus in a combo that’s bright, bold, and begging to be devoured.
Step 1: Prep Your Broccoli
Preheat oven to 200°C. Toss 2 cups of broccoli florets with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp ground garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 2: Roast Until Crisp
Spread broccoli on a lined baking tray and roast for 18–20 minutes, or until crispy and golden on the edges.
Step 3: Plate It Up
Spread beetroot hommus generously over a serving plate.
Step 4: Add the Crunch
Pile the warm, crispy broccoli over the hommus.
Step 5: Finish With Flair
Top with lemon zest or chilli flakes for a little extra zing. Enjoy while crispy and warm!
