- Tomato pizza sauce120 mL
- Dill pickled cucumbers, sliced100 g
- Shredded mozzarella150 g
- Red onion, thinly sliced½ Cup
- Cooked bacon, chopped50 g
- Olive oil1 tsp
- Dried oregano½ tsp
- Smokey chipotle mayonnaiseOptional

Step 1: Preheat
Heat oven to 220 °C and line a tray with baking paper.
Step 2: Sauce It Up
Spread 120 mL tomato pizza sauce evenly over your pizza base.
Step 3: Add Cheese & Toppings
Sprinkle over 150 g shredded mozzarella, then layer with 100 g sliced pickles, ½ red onion (thinly sliced), and 50 g cooked bacon.
Step 4: Finish & Bake
Drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil and sprinkle ½ tsp of dried oregano. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
Step 5: Slice & Serve
Cut into wedges and serve warm, with an optional drizzle of smokey chipotle mayonnaise if you’re craving a kick.
