  • Cream cheese 250 g
  • Thyme1 tsp
  • Fresh basil1 bunch

Method ⏲️

Bright capsicum ‘carrots’ stuffed with creamy, cheesy goodness.

Step 1: Prep Your Capsicums

Carefully cut the lobe off each capsicum. Remove all seeds and shape nicely. These will form your little ‘carrots’. Set aside.

Step 2: Make the Filling

In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and thyme together. Once silky and smooth, scoop the filling into your capsicum lobes.

Step 3: Add Final Touches

Pick off your fresh basil leaves and place at the top of your ‘carrots’. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Your ‘carrots’ are ready to be devoured by hungry bunnies.
