  • Soy sauce1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds1 tsp
  • White vinegar1 tsp

  • Chilli flakes (Optional)½ tsp

Method ⏲️

A few slices, a quick shake, and suddenly you’ve got a fresh, crunchy salad that tastes way more sophisticated than it looks.

Step 1: Prepare Your Cucumbers

Wash your cucumbers and then slice into 1cm circles. Place them in a container.

Step 2: Dress Your Cucumbers

In the same container, add 1 tsp crushed garlic, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp brown sugar, and 1 tsp white vinegar. Add the lid and shake together well.

Step 3: Time to Enjoy

Toss the cucumbers with the dressing until well coated. Sprinkle 1 tsp sesame seeds and ½ tsp chili flakes and shake again. Add salt to taste and enjoy for a healthy snack on the go!
