Method ⏲️

Fancy meets fun. Creamy goat cheese, sweet grapes, and crunchy pistachios get a drizzle of honey for the perfect treat.

Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients

Wash and dry ½ cup of grapes thoroughly. Then, roughly chop ½ cup of pistachios. Set aside.

Step 2: Cover The Grapes

Slice the goat cheese log into rounds. Take each grape and cover it completely in goat cheese (press gently so it sticks). Roll each cheese-coated grape in the chopped pistachios, giving it a crunchy, nutty coating all over.

Step 3: Time To Serve

Arrange the grapes onto a serving platter or board. To add extra flavour, drizzle 2 Tbsp of honey (or balsamic glaze) over the platter and scatter thyme.
