- Plain flour250 g
- Rolled oats100 g
- Brown sugar200 g
- Baking powder1 tsp
- Salt½ tsp
- Unsalted butter, melted225 g
- Canned peaches700 g
- White sugar50 g
- Cinnamon1 tsp
Method ⏲️
Jammy peach layers meet crumbly crumble in snackable bar form. Say less.
Step 1: Prep & Preheat
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 23cm x 33cm pan with baking paper.
Step 2: Make Your Crumble
In a bowl, combine 250 g flour, 100 g oats, 200 g brown sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, and salt. Stir in 225 g melted butter until crumbly.
Step 3: Bake Your Crust
Press half the crumb into the pan and bake for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Step 4: Time to Get Peachy
In a bowl, toss 700 g peaches with 50 g sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon; spread over crust. Sprinkle remaining crumble on top and bake 25–30 minutes until golden. Cool and cut into bars. Enjoy!
