This no-bake beauty tastes like your favourite chocolate bar took a wellness retreat to Bali and came back glowing. Creamy peanut butter, chocolatey goodness and a sweet base. It’s a slice, but make it scroll-stopping.

- Dates, pitted500 g
- Peanut butter, melted ¾ cup
- Dark chocolate200 g
- Peanuts½ cup
- Coconut oil2 tbsp
- Milk chocolate, melted (for swirls)Optional
Method ⏲️
Sweet, salty, and a little nutty too. Layers of date, peanut butter, and chocolate come together for a slice that’s dangerously moreish.
Step 1: Make Your Date Base
Line a square (~20 × 20 cm) tin with baking paper. Cut 500 g of pitted dates in half and place them evenly along the tin. This will create your base. Smoosh them down with a rolling pin or glass.
Step 2: Drizzle Peanut Butter Layer
Melt ¾ cup of peanut butter in microwave in 20 second bursts until runny and pour over your date base. Evenly sprinkle ½ cup of peanuts over the melted peanut butter.
Step 3: Melt Your Chocolate
Melt 200 g of dark chocolate and 2 tbsp of coconut oil together (in the microwave in 20 second bursts, stirring between each).
Step 4: Drizzle Chocolate Layer
Pour your melted chocolate over the top of the peanuts. If you like, swirl in a little extra melted milk chocolate.
Step 5: Chill, Slice, Enjoy!
Chill the slice in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Then slice, serve and savour the chocolatey goodness!
