Tiny bubbles of joy meet melty marshmallow and chocolate in a treat that disappears faster than you can say “s’more please.” Warning: extremely moreish. Make at your own risk.

- Breakfast bubbles6 cups
- Marshmallows300g
- Unsalted butter75g
- Digestives, crushed150g
- Milk chocolate chunks100g
- Vanilla extract1 tsp
Method ⏲️
Classic brekkie bubbles turn into a crunchy, and slightly sticky treat. Every bite hits the sweet spot.
Step 1: Prep Your Ingredients
Line a 20x20cm baking tray with baking paper. Roughly chop 100g milk chocolate and 50g marshmallows. Set aside.
Step 2: Melt it all Together
In a pot, melt 75g butter over low heat, then add the remaining 250g marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth. Remove from the heat and stir in 1 tsp vanilla extract and 150g crushed digestives until evenly mixed.
Step 3: Add in the Bubbles
Gently fold in 6 cups breakfast bubbles until thoroughly coated.
Step 4: Press It Together
Press the mixture into the tray and top with the chocolate chunks and the chopped marshmallows, pushing them down slightly.
Step 5: Time to Chill Out
Chill your s’mores in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Cut into squares and enjoy until your hearts content!
