All the smokey, juicy, kebab-y magic on one simple tray. Good for the heart and the soul. Dinner doesn't get much better than this. Bonus points for less washing up.

What to shop at ALDI
- Chicken mince1 kg
- Red onion, grated½ onion
- Garlic, crushed1 tbsp
- Fresh parsley, chopped½ bunch
- Paprika1 tbsp
- Dried oregano1 tbsp
- Egg1
- SaltTo taste
- PepperTo taste
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Tzatziki200g
- Tomato3
- Red onion, sliced½ onion
- Lebanese bread6 pieces
Method ⏲️
Everything roasts together on one pan and smells so good, you’ll want to eat them straight off the tray.
Step 1: Preheat & Prep Chicken
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Grate ½ red onion and finely chop ½ bunch parsley. Combine in a large bowl with 1kg chicken mince, 1 tbsp crushed garlic, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp oregano and 1 egg with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until tacky.
Step 2: Bake Your Kebabs
Cover a tray with baking paper and lightly oil it. Evenly press the chicken mixture over the tray and use a knife to score the mixture into rows approximately 3cm wide. Bake for 20 minutes until the meat is brown and cooked through.
Step 3: Prep Your Sides
Slice 3 tomatoes and ½ red onion.
Step 4: Time to Eat
Separate the kebabs along the score lines once cooked. Serve wrapped inside a piece of Lebanese bread, with sliced tomato, red onion and a dollop of tzatziki. Best served warm!
