- Mince beef500 g
- Mini wraps8 wraps
- Cheese slices150 g
- Shredded iceberg lettuce1 cup
- Pickles, sliced½ cup
- Brown onion, thinly sliced½ onion
- Tomato, diced1 tomato
- Oil for cooking(neutral / olive oil)
- Barbeque sauce
Method ⏲️
Smash patties meet melty cheese, fresh veg, and a cheeky drizzle of barbeque sauce in a wrap that’s just begging to be eaten.
Step 1: Prepare Your Taco
Spread 500 g of mince beef evenly across 8 mini wraps, pressing the mince right to the edges so it forms a thin, even later.
Step 2: Cook The Mince
Heat a fry pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil, then place each wrap beef-side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the mince is browned. Flip over to lightly crisp the other side of the wrap.
Step 3: Melt Cheese
Take your wraps off the heat and top with a slice of cheese. Let it melt slightly on the hot patty.
Step 4: Top Your Taco!
Finish your tacos with shredded lettuce, sliced onion, diced tomatoes, pickles, and a drizzle of barbeque sauce. Fold and serve while they’re hot and ready!
