These bars crash a chorus of textures: a crumbly biscuit base, a glossy chocolate top, and little pockets of crunchy speckled eggs. It’s Easter in easy no-bake bar form.

- Digestives biscuits200 g
- Unsalted butter, melted75 g
- Milk chocolate250 g
- Chocolate speckled eggs1 bag
Method ⏲️
Chocolatey, crunchy bars loaded with speckled eggs and zero baking effort.
Step 1: Prepare Your Base
Line a 20 cm square tin with baking parchment and set aside. Crush the digestive biscuits to a fine crumb. Mix with the melted butter until the mixture sticks together. Press evenly into the lined tin. Set aside.
Step 2: Melt & Layer
Melt the milk chocolate in a seperate bowl, once melted, spread over the biscuit base.
Step 3: Top & Chill
Roughly chop up the chocolate speckled eggs and scatter over the milk chocolate. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour, then cut into bars and enjoy!
