Step 1: Boil The Pasta
Cook 500 g pasta spirals in salted water according to the packet instructions until al dente.
Step 2: Stir Sauce
In a bowl, mash 100 g hulled strawberries. Then whisk together 250 g mascarpone cheese and 3 tbsp honey until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Mix It All Up
Drain the hot pasta and toss it straight into the mascarpone-honey sauce so every strand is coated.
Step 4: Add Strawberries
