  • Truss tomatoes3-4
  • Basil pesto1 tbsp
  • Ricotta¼ cup
  • Prosciutto3-4 slices
  • Fresh mozzarella3-4 slices
  • Crushed pistachios1 tbsp
  • Salami3-4 slices
  • Grana Padano, sliced150 g
  • Fresh dillTo garnish
  • Olive oilTo drizzle
  • Balsamic glazeTo drizzle
  • HoneyTo drizzle
  • SaltTo taste

Method ⏲️

Three tomatoes, three toppings, zero boring bites. Each slice is a flavour surprise.

Step 1: Prep Your Ingredients

Slice the tomatoes into thick even rounds (about 1.5 cm) and lightly sprinkle each slice with sea salt.

Step 2: Build Flight 1

Top 1/3 of the tomato slices with a slice of mozzarella, a smear of pesto, a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic glaze.

Step 3: Build Flight 2

Top 1/3 of the tomato slices with a slice of prosciutto, 1 tbsp of ricotta, a pinch of crushed pistachios, and a drizzle of honey.

Step 4: Build Flight 3

Top the remaining tomato slices with a piece of salami, a slice of Grana Padano and a sprig of fresh dill.

Step 5: Time to Serve

Arrange the three topped slices on a platter in a row or a small board. Serve immediately while tomatoes are at room temperature for best flavor.
