- Greek yogurt200 g
- Self-raising flour50 g
- Honey1 tsp
- Cinnamon1 tsp
- Frozen berries100 g
Method ⏲️
A fluffy, easy breakfast you can bake for the week.
Step 1: Prep & Preheat
Preheat your oven to 200 °C and prep your baking dish with baking paper. In a mixing bowl add 2 eggs, 200 g Greek yogurt, 50 g self-raising flour, 1 tsp honey, and 1 tsp cinnamon. Mix together well. Stir in 100 g frozen berries.
Step 2: Time to Bake
Pour mixture into your baking dish. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until light and fluffy.
Step 3: Enjoy!
Allow to cool slightly. Cut into sections or enjoy straight from the dish!
