  • Crumbed chicken tenders400 g
  • Olive oil1 tbsp
  • White wrap4
  • Lettuce, shredded2 cups
  • Mayonnaise4 tbsp
  • Red onion, sliced½
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved1 cup
  • Honey3 tbsp
  • Sriracha2 tbsp
  • Butter1 tbsp
  • Smoked paprika¼ tsp

Method ⏲️

Crispy golden chicken strips glazed in sweet-spicy honey sauce, rolled up with fresh salad and ranch.

Step 1: Cook Your Chicken

Preheat your oven to 200°C (or follow the packet directions). Arrange your 400 g crumbed chicken tenders in a single layer on a lined baking tray and bake for 15–20 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through.

Step 2: Make Your Hot Honey

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter with 3 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp Sriracha and ¼ tsp smoked paprika. Stir until combined and warmed through, about 1–2 minutes. Toss your cooked chicken strips in the sauce until every piece is well coated.

Step 3: Wrap It Up

Warm your 4 wraps in a dry pan or microwave for 20 seconds. Spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise down the centre of each, then layer on the shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion. Pile your saucy chicken strips on top, fold in the sides and roll tightly. Slice in half and get in there while they're at their sticky, golden best.
