  • Cream cheese, softened250 g
  • Cream¾ cup
  • Icing sugar¼ cup
  • Vanilla extract1 tsp
  • Biscuits8
  • Espresso, cooled½ cup
  • Espresso, hot4 shots
  • Milk chocolate, gratedTo dust

Method ⏲️

Individual tiramisu cups finished with a hot espresso pour.

Step 1: Whip Your Cream

Add 250 g cream cheese, ¾ cup cream, ¼ cup icing sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract to a bowl. Beat until your mixture is thick, fluffy and scoopable. Don’t overmix or it can turn grainy.

Step 2: Build Your Bases

Break 2 biscuits into each of your 4 cups. Spoon over enough of the ½ cup cooled espresso to lightly saturate the biscuits without making them soggy.

Step 3: Layer It Up

Top each cup with a generous scoop of your cream, then add your grated milk chocolate over the top of the cream. Chill your cups for 10 minutes if you like them extra firm.

Step 4: Pour & Serve

Just before serving, pour 1 hot espresso shot over each cup. Grab spoons immediately and dig in!
