  • Pasta shells500 g
  • Broccoli1
  • Mozzarella1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese1 cup
  • Chicken bone broth1 cup
  • Thickened cream½ cup
  • Olive oil1 tbsp

Method ⏲️

Creamy, cheesy comfort with a veggie boost in this pasta-soup hybrid.

Step 1: Cook Pasta

Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook pasta until al dente. Follow instructions on the pasta packet.

Step 2: Sauté Your Veg

Add olive oil to a fry pan and cook broccoli until softened. Add 1 cup chicken bone broth and simmer for 5 minutes. Reduce heat. Add ½ cup thickened cream and stir to combine. Slowly add 1 cup shredded mozzarella and 1 cup grated cheddar cheese. Stir until a delicious sauce starts to form.

Step 3: Serve & Enjoy!

Add in your cooked pasta and serve with more mozzarella for even more cheesy goodness.
