  • Chicken schnitzel1 pack
  • Hot chips500 g
  • Bacon4 rashers
  • Mozzarella1 cup
  • Chicken stock1 cup
  • Cornflour1 tbsp
  • Spring onions2
  • Mayonnaise¼ cup
  • Olive oilTo cook

Method ⏲️

Golden schnitzel and crispy chips loaded up with cheese, bacon and gravy.

Step 1: Prep & Preheat

Preheat your oven to 200°C (or follow the packet directions).

Step 2: Cook Your Schnitzel

Cook 1 pack of schnitzels following the packet instructions until golden and cooked through.

Step 3: Cook It Up

In a frying pan, cook 4 rashers bacon until crisp, then slice. In a small saucepan, mix 1 tbsp cornflour with 2 tbsp water, add 1 cup chicken stock and simmer until thickened into gravy.

Step 4: Load It Up

Slice your schnitzel. Pile your hot chips onto a tray or platter, scatter over 1 cup mozzarella and your bacon, then grill until melted. Top with your schnitzel, spoon over the gravy, drizzle with ¼ cup mayonnaise and finish with 2 sliced spring onions. Grab a fork and get stuck in while it’s piping hot!
