- Gnocchi500 g
- Beef mince500 g
- Onion, diced1
- Garlic, crushed2 cloves
- Diced tomatoes1 can
- Carrot1
- Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- Thyme1 tsp
- SaltTo taste
- PepperTo taste
- Parmesan, gratedTo serve
Method ⏲️
Hearty shepherd’s pie meets pillowy gnocchi in one pan.
Step 1: Prep Your Filling
In a large pan, sauté 1 diced onion and 2 cloves crushed garlic until soft. Add 500 g beef mince; cook until browned.
Step 2: Add Your Veggies
Stir in 1 chopped carrot, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
Step 3: Cook Your Gnocchi
In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add in your gnocchi and drain as soon as water returns to a boil. Add gnocchi to your filling and stir in well. Serve with grated parmesan and enjoy!
