- Salt2 tsp
- Warm water300-350 ml
- Olive oil5 tbsp
- Tomato pizza sauce¾ cup
- Mozzarella1 ½ cups
- Oregano1 tsp

Method ⏲️
A quick, fluffy tray pizza with crisp edges and no waiting for yeast.
Step 1: Make your dough
In a large bowl, whisk together 500 g plain flour, 3 tsp baking powder and 2 tsp salt. Add 300 ml warm water and 2 tbsp olive oil. Mix until a soft dough forms. Add a splash more water if dry.
Step 2: Shape your dough
Pour 3 tbsp olive oil into a 23 × 33 cm baking dish. Transfer the dough into the dish and press it out to the corners with lightly oiled hands. Let it rest for 10–15 minutes to relax & rise.
Step 3: Top your pizza
Preheat oven to 220°C. Dimple the dough all over with your fingertips. Spread over ¾ cup tomato pizza sauce, scatter over 1½ cups mozzarella, sprinkle with oregano and add pepperoni if using.
Step 4: Bake your pizza
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden underneath and the cheese is bubbling. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
