- Onion, diced½
- Garlic, minced1 tsp
- Turkey mince500 g
- Tomato paste2 tbsp
- Mozzarella1 cup
- Thyme1 tsp

Method ⏲️
All your pizza toppings baked into a delicious cheesy bowl.
Step 1: Prep Your Veggies
Preheat your oven to 200°C. Dice up 1 capsicum, 1 cup mushrooms, ½ cup olives, ½ onion and 2 gloves garlic. Cook your onion in a frying pan with olive oil over medium heat. Add your garlic and 500 g turkey mince. Cook until browned. Add 1 tsp thyme and your remaining veggies. Add 2 tbsp of tomato paste and stir well.
Step 2: Time to Bake
Scoop your mixture into oven-safe pots. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Place the sliced pepperoni on top of your cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden. Bon appetite!
