- Greek yogurt100 g
- Strawberry jam20 g
- Icing sugarTo serve
Method ⏲️
Sweet, swirly, strawberry twists and that will impress with almost no effort.
Step 1: Make Your Dough
Preheat your oven to 180 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper. In a bowl, mix 120 g self-raising flour and 100 g Greek yogurt to form a soft dough. If the dough is too sticky add more flour.
Step 2: Time to Prep
On a board, roll out your dough into a rectangle. Spread two heaped tablespoons of strawberry jam over your dough. Fold your dough in half and slice into 4 long strips.
Step 3: Twist & Shout!
Take your 4 strips and twist them into ribbons then roll into a circle to form a knot. Place onto baking tray and bake for 20 minutes until golden. Dust with icing sugar and enjoy!
